No, once you purchase a gift voucher there is no expiration.
Assuming the voucher hasn´t already been used we will cancel the existing voucher and re-issue another. On doing so details of the original purchase such as date, name of person who made the purchase and invoice number will need to be supplied to verify the original order.
If you don´t use the full value of your voucher in one purchase the balance will remain ready for your next order.
Yes, we are more than happy to accomodate this. Please send an email to hope@deia-living.com and we will get the card voucher sent straight away.
If you would like the e-voucher to be sent directly to the lucky receiver tick the box "I WANT TO SEND THIS AS A GIFT" and the email will be sent automatically once the order is finalised.
