Generally your order is expected to take between 2 to 5 working days to reach you depending on where you are in Australia. If the parcel is sent internationally it can take up to 10 to 12 working days as once your order leaves our premises we do not have full control of the delivery times. If you have an urgent parcel please contact us directly so we can organise this for you however keep in mind any additional cost will be borne by you.

ORDER TRACKING
When you place an order you will receive an order number and email confirmation. To view the status of your order on our website you need to be registered with us. To view the status and location of your parcel, login to your account and see 'Order History'. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you by email that it is on its way. On this email we will provide a tracking number (if applicable) and a link to the mail provider so you can track it.
