RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel comfortable shopping at DEIA Living therefore if your purchase is not as you expected it can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and unopened in its original packaging. If you wish to return any items please contact us at deia@deia-living.com as early as possible.

Postage charges for returned items due to a change of heart will be at your own cost. We suggest using a registered postal method as DEIA Living will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay of items being returned. For returns or exchanges of faulty items DEIA Living will cover standard registered mail charges (please see details below).

If there is an accidental click on the “buy” button when you wanted a different colour/size, make sure to contact us as quickly as possible by email or phone so we can try to catch the parcel before it´s sent.  If we succeed to do so we will send you the right product at no additional cost.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS                                                                                                                      
It is disappointing for the DEIA Living team to hear faulty products have slipped through quality control and made it to the hands of our customers. In the event this occurs and is identified within 30 days of purchase please contact deia@deia-living.com explaining the issue, including the order number or copy of your receipt.  We would appreciate any supporting documentation such as photos to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Once the parcel is received it can take up to 5 working days to confirm the reported fault and fulfill your request by either refunding or shipping the replacement item assuming the replacement items are in stock.  A confirmation email will be sent once completed.

DEIA Living will cover the cost of standard registered mail charges for the return of faulty items.  These charges will be reimbursed by the original payment method or a deduction on the replacement purchase if applicable.  Please note we are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage of packages being returned. 

Of note, DEIA Living will not accept items returned as faulty if the specified care instructions have not been followed or if the damage is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We recommend reading the care information on our tags prior to washing.
